Frequently asked questions
How do I set up Arc?
You need an enrollment link or QR code from your IT team. Install Arc, then open the link on the device or scan the code in the app. Check that the hub name shown matches your organisation and confirm.
iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android devices ask once whether Arc may add a VPN configuration — allow it. On a Mac you may also need to allow Arc's network extension in System Settings. On Windows, setup installs a background service and needs administrator rights.
My enrollment link or QR code does not work.
Each enrollment link works once and expires after some time. If Arc reports that the link is invalid, already used or expired, ask your IT team for a new one — trying the same link again will not help.
Also check that your device is online and that its date and time are set correctly.
Arc shows “Connected”, but an internal service is not reachable.
Open the connection details in Arc. They list the networks and DNS settings that your organisation's policy provides. If the service is not covered, your IT team needs to extend the policy.
The self-test under Settings → Diagnostics checks the connection to the hub and name resolution. Please include its result when you contact support.
How do I send a diagnostics file?
In Arc, open Settings → Diagnostics → Export. The file contains app and system versions, the connection history, the networks and DNS settings in use and a technical log. Private keys, enrollment codes and certificate contents are never included.
You decide where the file goes: attach it to your email to support@l11next.com or send it to your IT team.
Can Link11 or my organisation see what I do online?
The Arc app collects no usage data and contains no analytics or advertising. Your organisation's policy decides which traffic uses the tunnel: only traffic to its internal networks, or all traffic. Traffic in the tunnel reaches your organisation's network and is subject to its rules.
Details are in our privacy policy.
Which devices are supported?
Arc is being built for iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 16 or later, Android 10 or later, Windows 10 (version 21H2 or later) and Windows 11 on x64 and Arm, and macOS 13 or later on Macs with Apple silicon or Intel processors.
How do I remove Arc?
Uninstall Arc like any other app — on Windows under Settings → Apps. Then ask your IT team to remove your device's access in the hub; that is what finally revokes it.
On company-managed devices, your IT team may install and remove Arc for you.
Why can't I find Arc in the App Store or on Google Play?
Arc is in a pilot phase. Pilot participants receive the app through their IT team, for example via TestFlight or a Google Play test track. Store links will be published on this site at release.
For IT administrators
Arc can be preconfigured: through managed app configuration on iOS, iPadOS and macOS (MDM) and on Android (Android Enterprise), and on Windows through Group Policy or Intune. Settings include the hub address, automatic connection, whether users may disconnect, and the log level. Your Link11 contact provides the configuration reference and pilot onboarding.
Reporting a security issue
